I rented a full size SUV that was overall quite nice but had a two minor issues that were not generally a problem but ones that I reported to the agent Luis on return. He was so focused on ensuring that I had a positive experience that he gave me a substantial discount on the spot as a gesture for the issues and in hopes that I would continue to be a customer. No issues, car was clean, line was fast, service was great, and got a free upgrade
In general, everything was great! The check in and return processes were quick and easy. The car was perfect for our needs and performed well. The reasons for the 4 rating were issues with the GPS and the fact that the insides of the windshield and rear window were very dirty. At the return we did not mention the windows, but the attendant did offer, and gave us a very generous credit for the GPS issues. Would have no qualms about renting from them again.
