Perfect vehicle for the perfect price. Staff extremely helpful and friendly! Saved me when I left my phone in my returned car at the airport and helped to get it back to me before my flight. It was greatly appreciated.
Terrible experience was never able to get a car for a trip booked through a third-party and ruined the whole trip. Not to mention I’m out money from the rental. Customer service said they would call me right back an ensure me I would get the car and that also never happened.
I think it is pretty rude for an agent at the check-in counter to question the reservation because it is in German and then say "well your name doesn't really look German does it". She said that without even asking for any documentation first.
