Shantel was so nice and made the whole process so easy!
Fantastic experience. The price is the only reason we chose Alamo, but I was impressed by every part of my experience. Laarne was so efficient and pleasant at check in and ensured we had choices that met our needs and reservation requirements. Alamo sent periodic reminders about day/time/location for my return. Spencer saved us when his eagle eyes saw we had left our toll pass in the window at the car return. Everyone was pleasant and good at their jobs.
The staff was very professional, but the car had a mildew smell
