The staff at this Alamo location are always nice and helpful. Shout out to Josh at the Key Kiosk in the Garage level for letting me borrow a phone cord. Thank you Josh!
The car performance and the interior of the car was clean, but the exterior was in desperate need of cleaning. The initial representative was friendly and professional, but once I got to the car that was another story. I made my concerns known and no action was taken.
Rental was good overall. No issues while using the car, it was clean and a newer model. They charged me for an expensive gallon of gas even if tank was refilled at the closest gas station on my way to airport. Alan at the counter, that’s another story, he must be so tired to work behind that desk. I felt disrespected the way he repeated the same sentence like it was a recording and not caring about my requests.
