I’ve only booked rentals with Alamo for the last 15 years. Norfolk does not have the usual selection of vehicles that I’m used to with Alamo. The staff was very friendly and helpful during the painless and smooth process of pick up and drop off. Great experience overall. Minus one star for not being able to choose which vehicle I wanted according to what I’d booked.
My flight was rescheduled for an earlier date due to the weather. I needed the rental 1 day earlier, the Alamo representative at the desk was accommodating. I picked up the vehicle at Norfolk Airport in the evening with no issues. I definitely had a great experience and will use Alamo for future bookings.
Alamo always has nice high end newer vehicles at a better rate than the rest. Their pricing is upfront, no hidden fees.
Alamo rental car saved the day and came through clutch for me after Amtrak canceled all trains from Virginia to Maryland this weekend due to the impending storm. The staff from ORF & BWI was all wonderful especially the manager Justin at BWI.
Truly excellent experience both in picking up and returning my car. They were friendly and helpful. Would recommend and will use again.
