All of the agents were friendly and kind. I know it can get difficult working customer service with travelers all day, but everyone was incredibly positive, happy and kind. From the check in desk, to getting our keys, to returning the vehicle, every single part was smooth and pleasant! It made our trip so much easier (with 3 young kids too!!) with this aspect being such a breeze! Thank you Norfolk Airport Alamo staff!
