Friendly, efficient staff. Easy in and out
Very painful process and took ridiculously long!! I will never come back after having to wait an hour and a half to get a car that has been reserved for weeks.
Car was great. The ability to bypass the rental line was great. I did find that the web site where I was commanded to confirm or modify rental details led into an incomprehensible set of options. It should be redesigned to allow an immediate confirmation.
Truly a GRIMEY place. I rented here and immediately noticed my wallet was missing once I got home. Filed a claim almost two weeks ago and then received notice they found it. The next day I was informed by them that they didn’t find my wallet. Once I was able to get a hold of them which took forever to do so for their lost and found number is nearly unreachable.
