Very polite customer service.
I’ve used Alamo for years to rent vehicles for business use. Their availability of vehicles, counter customer service, and prices have always been good. The only two consistent issues we’ve had are (1) vehicles are sometimes not clean enough - particularly the windows, and (2) the people that you meet when returning the vehicles are often rushed and unfriendly. I give them an “A” overall. They crush the competition at RDU.
The person at the counter at RDU at 10pm was incredible. She was alone providing service to 2 or 3 people at once to keep the line firm going out the door.
Car was very clean and representative was very attentive.
