Quick and easy check in and efficient return process. I have to say this past Friday was VERY BUSY! At least 30 people in front of us and we only waited about 15-20 mins. The staff worked really hard to minimize the wait time.
Super fast checkout. Car was great. Bus to the rental car terminal was great and the driver actually helped people with their bags!
This was a very pleasant experience. I guess the best part was that when we went to get the rental car, there were enough people to wait on everyone in the office, and the agent gave us a nice upgrade - for nothing. The car was spotlessly clean and drove beautifully.
We always are happy renting with Alamo. Once again, the car quality and condition was fantastic. Theirs was the best price we found AND their service is quick and friendly. Everyone we dealt with at Alamo RDU was wonderful
