The customer service was great. I upgraded my car at the last minute due to the storm that came while I was visiting. They didn't overcharge me and gave me a beautiful 4 wheel drive truck. I was in and out within 15 minutes or less. Service with a smile. Who could ask for anything more.
This Alamo location deserves the strong ratings. The helpful customer service we received from Anetria was very, very memorable. We received a brand new small SUV. We’ll be considering Alamo in the future specifically because of Anetria, especially when we return to RDU in the future.
Customer service was wonderful both on the phone and in person. Super helpful during my pick up and return. Mike was helpful getting me in my rental and upon return there was a snow storm and the young man asked all the right questions. He was wonderful. Alamo has easy hassle free pick up and easy hassle free return. It's The best when you are traveling and do not have time to waste. Choose Alamo they really are the best.
