horribly understaffed. at least staff was kind. surrounding area is dirty and crowded. alamo should predict for these long waits. waited over an hour for only 6 cars in front of me. I was also checked in before and filled out all paperwork.
Disgusted with the service at MIA after travelling for 12 hours with 2 small children we arrived at MIA we was shown to our car which was a small SUV which could not even take 2 standard size cases. We complained to the manager he said take it or leave it when we said that it is not what we ordered when we explained we had no issues in California with our booking we was told its up to Alamo what car they provide and thats that. This was a top-notch operation, and I'm happy to report a refreshing experience, thanks to the courteous, professional, and personable team. It was a busy morning with a long queue--one that would have flustered both customers and staff at many a rental shop. But this team were clearly on top of their game, communicating pleasantly and confidently. The check-out team was affable, making sure we were fully happy with our vehicle. Wir hatten uns für 3 Wochen ein Auto gemietet. Dieses war quasi neu, nur 3000 km auf dem Tacho. Es war sauber. Leider haben wir am letzten Tag noch einen Betonpfeiler mitgenommen und dadurch das Auto beschädigt. Dank Vollkasko und ohne Selbstbeteiligung lief die Abgabe vom Auto problemlos. Auch die Dame, die das Auto angenommen hat, war super freundlich. Sie hat uns sogar noch zur Mitarbeiter-Toilette gebracht, weil es die Kids nicht mehr ausgehalten hatten.
