40 minutes d’attentes pour nous dire qu’il n’y a aucune voiture disponible sans même vérifier ni apporter de solution. Ils n’avaient pas envie de travailler. Première mauvaise expérience chez Alamo, dommage
We initially had a reservation at Avis, but were told there were no vehicles available so came here hoping they might be able to help us. Chris and Brett were very helpful and made sure there were vehicles available before we made a last minute reservation, and we were on our way after about an hour. Would rent with Alamo again in the future!
I rented from here on what ended up being an incredibly busy day. The asst manager, Zach, handled the crowd brilliantly. He was patient and kind, even with customers who were rude and unreasonable.
Pessima esperienza. Dopo aver prenotato on line un'auto con carta di debito al ritiro c'è stato impedito il ritiro della stessa in quanto il pagamento e della cauzione poteva avvenire solo con carta di credito. Siamo andati alla vicina AVIS e lì non abbiamo avuto alcun problema a ritirare e pagare l'auto. Peccato
