We rented a car for almost three weeks from San Francisco to Nevada. Everything went smoothly when we picked it up. The staff were friendly. I would definitely consider using Alamo again.

On m’avait conseillé ALAMO car c’est le meilleur. Je suis actuellement toujours en RT j’ai récupéré ma voiture mardi à cette agence. La personne de l’accueil ça passe même si je suis pas bilingue je comprends qu’elle veut me donner une voiture plus petite je dis non. Je monte au 3ème le jeune homme m’emmène vers une Toyota Corolla. Je dis non. J’ai PAYÉ pour une catégorie Nissan Rogue ou équivalente. I don’t recommend using this location to pick up a rental from Alamo. We reserved a car well in advance of pick up date. We received confirmation of our rental via my credit card. But the Alamo company itself never provided me with a pre-check in reservation number, so we had to check in at the counter—wasting time. Once we were checked in, we were told to sit and wait since the car was NOT yet ready for us. We reserved early, arrived at the pre-determined time for pick up, but still had to wait.
