This was my first time visiting Alamo Ranch Pharmacy, and the staff was incredibly welcoming! I came in for a vitamin B12 injection and Dr. Ly assisted me. I didn’t feel the shot at all! Overall, excellent customer service. I highly recommend!
I cannot say enough about the staff at Alamo Ranch Pharmacy and Wellness. They recently helped me with a last minute, life-saving medication. It was right at closing and an unusual situation. Alicia and Dr. Ly went above and beyond to make it happen. This best in class service is why I will always recommend this pharmacy. Thank you!!
They were phenomenal! No pharmacy had a prescription in stock that I needed and they really went above and beyond and took care of me and so fast! They were so friendly, accommodating, empathetic, and made the process so much easier and less stressful for me! Thank you all for your kindness and assistance! Highly recommend you all! :)
