Alamo Pool and Spa was referred to us by American Homeshield. The person on the phone was curt and unaccomodating scheduling the appointment. The day of the appointment I spoke to the same man and found him to be extremely rude. I called AHS and had them schedule with another company. I did not feel comfortable doing business with that kind of person.
These guys are good! After having a couple of pool services come out and leave me stranded (they couldn't figure out what was wrong), Alamo's guys came out and had the problem diagnosed and fixed in one day.
Chris and The Crew at Alamo Pool and Spa – Did an outstanding Job repairing and resurfacing our 30 year old swimming pool, he also updated the leaking skimmer and added a new filter system in February of 2015. Chris is very knowledgeable of pools and renovations and easy to ask questions to. Chris gave me an instant quote on total pool restoration and new filter system. Chris and his team are THE BEST! They've serviced our pool twice over the last 18 months for a couple different issues (our pool is 30 years old), and they are fantastic. They have our best interest in mind every time. They are on-time, professional, clean up after their work, and what they fix ... stays fixed! I've personally referred Alamo Pool & Spa to several friends here in the SA area, and they are my 1st call any time we have a problem. Very helpful and friendly. We had another company come out to fix our pool vacuum pump and they told us they weren't able to do it. Alamo Pool and Spa fixed it quickly and easily on the same day with no hassle! Would definitely recommend this company! Thanks!!
