The spa is a little tricky to find and I do wish the rooms were enclosed so I wouldn't hear other people (currently there are curtains separating the rooms). However, the massage was very relaxing and Martha defintiely addressed my key problem areas. I do wish some more deep tissue massage was done on my back - A firm rubbing/stroke technique was used which I can't say I was the biggest fan of. Absolutely wonderful couples massage! Lisa and Olga were phenomenal, and I would consider myself a pretty hard massage critic, it takes a lot to impress me! Olga did my massage and she was fabulous, you can tell that she has studied the art of massage and I can honestly say i've never had a better massage than the one I had with her. The steam room was an added bonus, we loved it. The entire experience was great and we are planning to go back again - wish we lived closer. Highly recommend!!
My husband and I visited during my birthday trip to San Antonio. Neither of us have had a massage before and were both nervous and excited. We were immediately greeted by the friendly staff. Being both of our first time they explained the entire experience from start to finish. We had Mona and Olga. Absolutely an amazing experience. I would recommend to anyone. We both left feeling so very relaxed. We will be coming back if we return to San Antonio!!!
A wonderful and relaxing experience from start to finish. Olga is very skilled and has a warm and caring personality; it’s easy to slip into a deep relaxed state from the moment your services start. The front desk receptionist, Rose, was also very personable and friendly. The spa is clean, dark, and smells subtly of beautiful essential oils. Definitely check this place out for your next massage!
Me & my husband spent our anniversary at the menger, while we were there we booked ourselves a couples massage at Alamo Plaza Spa. It was amazing!!! My husband is always getting massage & he said he was the best he ever had. The massages included a steam room. Rachel & Doloras were our masseuses. They did such a great job. We will definitely come back.
