Rude forgot a mask and on a fixed in come they wanted me to buy a mask from hills drug store. Total rip off working with Hills drug store to take money from people that can barley afford food. It's a doctor's office and they can't even offer a mask to clients.
Half of a half is still too much of a star for this joint. I don't know how its been able to stay open...most likely an under served area and the people dont know there are 100s of providers who are way more professional. I walked in and stood at the window for 9 minutes and nobody even looked up from thier phones... That's what 19 year old do at this clinic...
They make you wait for hours before your appointment. The worst thing is their waiting room is overcrowded during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. The cherry on top? There is a maskless women here eating, drinking, walking all over, and laughing up a storm. They haven't asked her to put on a mask once... The bathroom is covered in graffiti and smells like excrement...
This is the worst place to go to!! Starting from the front staff never a good communication at all they have no clue y u are going in for, have to explain about 3 times. Once u r finally seen after a couple of hours waiting the dr says she doesn't knw wat is wrong with u sends u home even through u have so much pain. Need to change drs for sure. DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!
Lucy is very rude and unprofessional along with her staff behind the glass window. I witnessed her and her staff talk bad about others who have trouble paying for their visit. I felt so bad and wanted to speak up but I knew that I would be waiting even longer. No one should have to be treated the way I witness a family get treated. The lady had kids with her and was told that she is wasting the doctor's time because she doesn't have money.
