Had an appointment 3 weeks ago & still waiting for them to schedule an mri... been calling weekly for updates which is ridiculous in itself but today is week 3, it's past opening time not only are they not answering calls but hung up on me. Guess it's time to find a new Dr's office
billing never answers the phone. there's no online billpay option. they want to see me for EVERY Rx refill which is excessive for basic medication when i'm in otherwise very good health.
