I was blatantly lied to. Went to close a front gap and was told during my consultation that I would require braces and a frenectomy. My last appointment was rushed and the frenectomy was never done and my permanent retainer broke after only one month. I was told to come back for that upon return from deployment. Now I am told theres an additional $200 charge for the frenectomy even though I specifically called to confirm that it was included before starting my treatment.
