The physicians in this office certainly need to step from behind the scenes to determine and observe the type of customers service that is provider to clients, instead of sitting back with the notion of receiving funds for payment. no one should be allowed to talk to or treat people in this manner in a work place environment, in any other office it would be grounds for termination..apparently this is the exception the rule in this office.

I received excellent care from Dr. Franco and his staff. He did a difficult extraction and then the implant procedure. I had minimal pain and no problems. Dr. Franco is very personable and caring and the personnel are excellent.
Dr. Franco is a wonderful surgeon and a very pleasant man. He is skillful and very very caring. I had reconstructive jaw surgery and he did a magnificent job. His staff is warm, friendly and helpful.
