Worst customer service you can get. We bought a KB Home which installed a tub from Alamo Marble. 5 yrs later, I'm running water in the tub and hear a load "pop". Luckily I was standing close by and was able to turn the water off and open the drain. Otherwise it would have flooded my downstairs living room. Of course I called KB and they explained this was outside of their warranty period and to call the manufacturer. Sales person was helpful but not enough product on display.
Great folks to work with. They were very responsive, friendly and communicated well. They were very accommodating to meet our timeline with very quick turnaround time. Looks exactly like real marble for a fraction of the cost. We are very happy with the end product and are thrilled with the final results. Highly recommended Alamo Marble!
