We signed up with this group because we had a bad experience with another hospice group, we explained all the concerns we had and they made promises that have not been met. It's been a hard time aND getting a reponse or nurse is very hard. I don't expect them here in 10 min but it has taken hours. We thought they would be helpful. The nurse aide has been so patient aND kind.The lead nurse does listen to our concerns. The nurse today literally came in didn't take vitals (didn't very hard).looked at him says he's fine.
