Asked for help narrowing down my search and literally Forwarded me an email where the employees were calling me names to my email. Telling me they couldn’t help me because I was not presupposed (they were not aware of my pre approvel) and how if I was ready to by they would “bend over backwards”. This is horrible customer service. I will definitely Be taking my business elsewhere. You should not be allowed to operate this way
