I trusted Rosie Cruz to get me paid for my Notary services and as of yet (90 days later), I still haven't received payment. We notaries have to get the word out to other notaries and the Better Business Bureau that this company is a rip off!!

Completed a signing in April of 2019 haven't received a payment for services rendered. I've called and emailed the numbers did not work and the emails were returned undeliverable.

I did notary work for them as well, Almost $300 worth and they have not paid me nor have they responded to any of my requests and email and messages. Their email addresses are now not accepting emails.

Ok for those of you notaries that have been ripped off by Alamo. Please go to the police in the city where you performed the signing and file a theft of service against Alamo. If they owe you over $1500 it is a felony. Under $1500, it is a misdemeanor.
