I wish I could give them a zero. They were the local company that Ideal Hearing sent me to for receiving my Phonac hearing aids. They never got them adjusted correctly. I went back twice for hours, sat there while they tried to figure out how to adjust a Phonac. They finally gave up and tried to charge me $250 and then decided to charge me $50 for a hearing test that a sign on there door said was free. When I got my credit card bill they had charged me $75. I think it could be better… current staff is not knowledgeable, and Greg is not mentally present most of the time or so it seems. Though he appears to care and try to help, he just doesn’t seem to be interested in the troubleshooting prospect with complications with my type of hearing aids. He use to be in the beginning of my 5 year relationship with this company. What happened?
IT WAS AN ENJOYABLE AND SIMPLE PROCESS. THE TEAM CREATED A POSITIVE SITUATION IN UPGRADING MY HEARING AIDS. THE TEST WAS SIMPLE. THE YOUNG LADY WHO MET WITH ME CHECKED MY EARS FOR EARWAX. NO PRIOR FACILITY HAD EVER DONE THAT AND THIS IS CRITICAL TO A GOOD HEARING ANALYSIS. THEY WERE VERY GOOD AT EDUCATING ME ON THE MY PROBLEM. THEY GOT ME IN AND GOT ME OUT AT A REASONABLE COST. GREAT GROUP. TOLD ME IF I HAD PROBLEMS TO LET THEM KNOW. THEY WANT YOU TO HEAR BETTER AND THEY DID.
