My Tesla came out of the wash with a large windshield crack that was not there before the wash. I reported it immediately, but they refused to take responsibility and pointed to their disclaimer. I will never bring my car here again. Avoid this place.
Horrible service, got the top tier wash all for my car to still come out dirty from the roof. You’re washing a sedan not a truck no excuse for you not to reach. Also people working suck at giving directions
This is the first time I visited this place for hand car wash. I picked today’s Siver special price. Overall, they did a good job in cleaning the car, both exterior and interior, albeit there are still some stains remaining. The service is ok; wish improve friendliness. I will still come back for future car wash
