Lastimosamente la situación en estos apartamentos cada día es muy desfavorable,aparte que se esta haciendo un criadero de zancudos ,cuándo vas a botar basura te llenas los pies de esta asquerosa agua esto es ahorita que no ha llovido,cuando llueve eso parece una laguna deberían de tomar medidas de saneamiento en este condominio tu renta debes pagarla cabal si no te metes en problemas ahora como residentes les pedimos tomen conciencia y arreglen eso porq vivimos cerca de ese mugrero y por las tardes los zancudos ya andan por ... read more
DONT MOVE HERE!I wish I Could give 0 stars Everything you could possibly think of is wrong and I only been here 3 months, roaches & ant problems! 1st they show you this model apartment that looks nothing like your apartment 2nd the bathrooms don’t have any outlets to do your hair or shave, also no a/c in bathroom they are basically like out houses, then A/c goes out every other day and maintenance is never available unless it’s regular business hours and even then they come and never resolve the issue so any emergency mainte... read more
There is a lot of evidence being gathered right now about this apartment complex. I am speaking out for residents who do not wish to be named at the moment. Nothing is ever fixed when you need maintenance. But one of the bigger issues is the office staff and maintenance entering your apartment when you are away with their maintenance key. They have entered apartments before when parents were at work and minors were alone in the apartment. That is not a good look and is being looked at.
