Was given a "quote" and then changed more than they said, about $40 more. A quote and estimate are not the same first of all. When I called the company to ask why I was charged more than the quote. A guy answered and was very rude and didn't care what I had to say. They charged me for drive time from Harlingen to Weslaco 40 minutes and it only takes about 20 minutes. Then 35 minutes to change a spring which the last time took them 10 minutes. Total BS! The guy even said to me, "Well next time don't bother calling us". Never ... read more
Horrible communication. Went in and needed help. Sat there from 15 min, nobody came to help. Called and asked for information, got transferred and got a voicemail. I left a voicemail and never heard back.
Alamo door company is horrible! I would not recommend anyone to do business with them,.. the garage door panels were damaged and they took forever to replace them,,and when they did they were a different color,, the motor that lifts the door is cheap and I’ve had tons of problems,,I can keep going with all of the other problems but I choose not to,, be wise on who u buy from
They no showed for appointment. Do not take time off from your day because they will no show on you.
was hung up several times on 2 different days. bad communication with the secretary Michelle. they never called me before they arrived. when they left for parts, they did not say when they were coming back. then they left with the remotes so I have to drive and pick them up from there office. I think you can find better service elsewhere. bad workers.
