They’re my house builder and I can’t have a better experience with the main office and the general contractor besides he should be super busy but the office lady who took my phone call and inquires she really marks the difference there. I called them with two mayor problems. One was the water heater and another was the fridge. Both weren’t working good. In less than a week done! All fixed. Super happy!!!
I had an issue with the wiring to my well (not due to poor workmanship, possibly material related) and after further inquiry I found out Alamo performed the work on my new construction home. I called them and they immediately sent someone out and got my well running temporally until a permanent fix could be completed. The following day a crew arrived and completed the repair.
