Just wanted to say thanks Alamo City Custom RV Repair. The service was prompt and thorough. Not only did they repair the unit I requested, but adjusted adjacent systems without the need for costly replacement parts (the 'easy:fix) that other mechanics had insisted were unavoidable. My RV runs great! And my repair bill was far less than quotes from the 'discount' shops. Good job!
95$ for a quote. And I haven't received my invoice and it's been 6 weeks. Says he will show up and do the work and doesn't. Asked for a little bit of a down payment to get going so my hubby gave him 300$ now he's asking for more but I don't have an invoice. Do not use this guy he will ghost you.
Mike came out after Discount Mobile RV repair charged me 75.00 for a service call and then told me Shane who had more experience would be calling to come out and fix my fuel pump. He came out I went and got the parts he put my fuel pump on it cranks right up. I paid him the 300.00 he left I pulled up to gas pump and put 30.00 worth of gas on the ground. Horrible experience! Take your RV anywhere but here. They had their dogs in it! They busted our screen door! They put a hole in our bathroom door and after paying thousands of dollars our roof that was in for repair is in horrible shape!! Not even repaired. If I could give it a 0 star I would.
Supposed to come out to do a total a/c roof unit change out assured me they would be out. Then still refuses to answer phone or text messages. I can take the truth but. I cannot stand a liar. I would not recommend this bunch. To clean out a septic tank even
