I contacted Mike a few days before we were to leave the area to repack our 4 camper bearings. He waited until the last minute, 3pm to the day before. He struggled with getting the first wheel off... Probably not his fault, but eventually, he broke a lug tip off one and destroyed another. He never got the wheel off. It got dark, and he had to leave per CG rules, and he had no light. Just wanted to say thanks Alamo City Custom RV Repair. The service was prompt and thorough. Not only did they repair the unit I requested, but adjusted adjacent systems without the need for costly replacement parts (the 'easy:fix) that other mechanics had insisted were unavoidable. My RV runs great! And my repair bill was far less than quotes from the 'discount' shops. Good job!
Mike will never give up on fixing the problem. He is the only one to figure it out and fix it !!!!!
