Dr. Patel was amazing. Super kind and professional. My daughter was very worried about him seeing her without a shirt on. He was so respectful of her privacy and made sure she was always covered so she was never "exposed". He explained everything he was doing, every step of the way.
Dr. Patel and staff were wonderful! My 4 year old daughter was very nervous and the whole staff showed patience with her as she was being very uncooperative at first. When Dr. Patel came in he was very comforting and calmed her down. He explained everything very thoroughly. I would highly recommend him and his office.
I have no words to describe how wonderful our first appointment with Dr. Patel was. He was thorough, knowledgeable, personable, and excellent at communicating everything with us. We loved that throughout the whole echocardiogram, he showed us what he was seeing on the screen & talked us through what it meant. We loved all the staff we came in contact with. We left knowing we were in good hands.
Amazing experience today with Dr. Patel. I was impressed from the first time when I made the appointment and spoke to Megan. The appointment today was great. Dr. Patel takes the time to explain everything and doesn't rush you through the appointment and makes sure your concerns are addressed. Fantastic.
