Mrs. Roxy is the greatest! She has helped me so much and you can tell she truly cares about us and our recovery! Plus she always has different cool shoes on lol.
Very poor experience. The facility is run down. The air conditioning was broken the entire time. I was told when I arrived that I’d receive one on one counseling sessions twice a week. I only received one session for about 10 minutes. It’s supposed to be for addiction and behavioral health but there is no behavioral health plan in place. The Addiction program was very poorly executed. They had several patients that needed significantly more help than they were able to provide. I would not recommend this facility to anyone.
I'm having serious concerns with the actual help my family member is receiving, if any.
