Terrible experience. Drove 45 minutes to get there, arrived 14 minutes late—still within their 15-minute grace period—apologized, and was checked in. Sat waiting, only to be told later I wouldn't be seen and needed to reschedule because I was late. That should have been made clear upfront. Despite my wife being a 13-year employee at St. Charles, there was no courtesy or flexibility. I won’t be returning.
Thyroid results were inconclusive and told me to follow up in a year??
Today I went to see Dr sattar he is very kind but he there is a lady at the desk on the right side was very rude and pedantic I think that position is not for that type of people. because most patients are elderly .
Dr Sattar is excellent. He is very informative and goes above and beyond. I highly recommend him !
