Terrible can't even get my prescription right I use the insulin pen and he prescribed me A vile of novolog when I told him I use the pens and now I can't even take my insulin because I don't have any syringes lol thanks doc will be switching over and he also pressure you to do things you don't wanna do he doesn't give you a chance first and I'm a new patient I will be switching thanks doc!!!!!! Your the best

Terrible experience. Drove 45 minutes to get there, arrived 14 minutes late—still within their 15-minute grace period—apologized, and was checked in. Sat waiting, only to be told later I wouldn't be seen and needed to reschedule because I was late. That should have been made clear upfront. Despite my wife being a 13-year employee at St. Charles, there was no courtesy or flexibility. I won’t be returning.

Thyroid results were inconclusive and told me to follow up in a year??
