Things were getting worse since Juan and Ariella left , elevator broken for more than a month and gate still down since September, customer service is horrible and manager is never reachable.
I recently finished a 15 month lease at this complex and would not recommend to anyone. 1. There was a SHOOTING at the pool on July 4th and management never told us about it. I found out because I was leaving the garage and drove into crime tape and had to flag down one of the many officers outside to figure out what was happening. There was never a notification or alert or anything sent out to the residents. 2.There is virtually no sound proofing between apartments or the outside.
