This company provided a professional experience from start to finish. They were extremely responsive to my emails and were able to complete the job six days after our first interaction. I had two rather large trees trimmed up and not only did they complete the job within a few hours, they also educated me on why a tree cannot have too many limbs taken off. DO NOT HIRE THEM! THEY ARE SCAMMERS! They will take your money and will not show up to work and will not answer the calls.
I had a terrible experience with ALAMEDA TREE SERVICE AND LANDSCAPING LLC. They took the payment for a retaining wall project, but after that, completely disappeared. They stopped answering calls, didn’t respond to emails, and failed to show up to do the work as promised. I would strongly advise against hiring them, as they seem to take your money and then ghost you. This is unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. Beware of this contractor if you want to avoid frustration and financial loss.
