I am rating the billing department. The surgery center and patient staff are good. The billing person, Dawn, is incompetent. My husband and I both had preventative colonoscopy in 7/2019. We had the same procedure, same everything. Dawn sent the claim to our insurance at $10,000 for each procedure. Our insurance paid my husbands claim with zero co-pay and zero-deductible at $950.
