Thanx again for the hassles with trying to reboot my AT &T Uverse recordings due to another outage. I can understand stuff happens but it’s a major headache!

I am a resident of Barnhill Marina. We experienced a power outage in the early am hours. The Alameda Power & Telecom engineers were on site very early on. They continued to work on our problem the entire day. It was a difficult problem, and they handled it beautifully. I really appreciated their courtesy when I, as many others, called to ask for an update. The on-site Engineers were equally courteous and helpful. Everyone kept me informed.
