The apt is beautiful but the air conditioner never works and they don’t make any effort to fix them and they want you to pay 100 dollars every year you stay I've never been late on rent and all the years I’ve been here not once do i see any upgrade to these apt or any effort to the maintenance and the trash is always all over the place with all the money they receive the air conditioner should be working. And a lot of these apt have dogs and the mess is everywhere
The worst place anyone can live at. They discriminate u if u dot pay rent. They make u literally suffer in heat and they dont help when u are trying to get assistance after losing ur job. I have videos and pictures of how they left my family without any fans our ac would only blow in certain areas. And I called the city unfortunately they were not able to assist but for the county attorneys off ice to know without me telling them the name of the property knew where I was calling from.
