The Alameda Mastick Senior Center is a great place to be it has a lot to offer and the Staff is great, friendly, generous, even they know my name when they see me, I go there often and I have found friends to be with and talk.
The Senior Center in Alameda is FANTASTIC! I have lived in Alameda only a little bit over one year, but have visited other Senior Centers in the East Bay and I think that none can compare. If you live in Alameda and are over 50 years old be sure to look into joining Mastick Senior Center. LOTS of fun stuff to do with lots of interesting people. There's no other place like it, and to top it off, membership is FREE.

My husband and I became members of the Mastick Senior Center two years ago. At that time, we were not involved with too many of their activities, as I was still working full-time. Now that I have joined my husband on a second journey (retirement), I am very happy that this organization has a lot to offer to the elderly in Alameda, besides the fun trips to different venues.
