Lance and his team handled this project very professionally and with a high degree of expertise. This was a complex drainage issue involving a retaining wall that was part of the main home, and Lance put in place some quick emergency measures to protect the home from water intrusion, and then did a very thorough job of fixing the problem permanently, ensuring the home did not suffer any damage during the heavy rains we had. I highly recommend Alameda Engineering for any drainage work.
Feb 2025 Lance and crew completed a large cement and drainage project on our 90 year old patio that had sunk and was letting water into the lowest unit on our property. Very knowledgeable and trust worthy. Highly recommended. Jan 2026 Lance and crew came through again. Created a French drain to stop rain water intrusion!

Lance and his team were fantastic. They installed a gravity-based, deep French drain around the foundation perimeter and added earthquake resilience under the porch at my Victorian.
