Lance and his team were fantastic. They installed a gravity-based, deep French drain around the foundation perimeter and added earthquake resilience under the porch at my Victorian. Lance handled all the inspections and permitting needed, and was on time and on budget for both projects. I hired Alameda Engineering to install some new drainage and tie into the existing system as well as to replace a concrete slab at the entry door of my house. The owner, Lance, was great to work with and came up with a coupe of solutions that fit within my budget. The crew was efficient and finished all the work in one day. I will definitely work with Lance again on another drainage project I'll need done this year.
