Finished off a very large structural project where the existing home was held up while forms and more installed. Plans, forms, rebar, concrete, water management. Lance and his crew are very reliable. We are continuing our project with him in smaller ways after such a great experience. Pricing will vary project to project and after 3 bids we have no regrets working with Lance. We were so pleased to not have to do things twice or experience issues. That said, our first winter is coming so we will see how the system executes.
I am writing to share my unqualified recommendation for the team at Alameda Engineering - Lance, Chris, Alicia, Guillermo & Martine, and their excellent work with the foundation repair to my home. We hired Alameda Engineering for a major drainage and foundation waterproofing project at our home, including French drains, foundation waterproofing, and new concrete. They estimated the project would take two weeks and finished right on schedule.
