Extremely poor job training for a customer service representative. Had the displeasure of being assisted by Denise who was extremely condescending, patronizing, and then hung up the phone on me. Only called to iron out details on a new account was very respectful and communicated clearly and was frequently interrupted and told the things I were asking were "common sense". You work customer service at the water district, get off your high horse and be a nice person.
Very bad customer service. Super old IT system. You take all the consequence for the mistake they made. It was ridiculous!
I tried to report water leaking since last week and it has been 5 days. Issue was not fixed. It is not from my property but from the street. I called the customer service and waited on the line for 30 mins just want to be a good citizen. Well, I think we may have enough water so no one really care.
Very Bad customer service. No one pick up phone. Called 100+ times in a month.
