Very bad customer service. Super old IT system. You take all the consequence for the mistake they made. It was ridiculous!
I tried to report water leaking since last week and it has been 5 days. Issue was not fixed. It is not from my property but from the street. I called the customer service and waited on the line for 30 mins just want to be a good citizen. Well, I think we may have enough water so no one really care.
Very Bad customer service. No one pick up phone. Called 100+ times in a month.
Reception and engineers are super nice, very short line. I only spend 10mins to get all I needed. Prefect experience.
Most garbage website.. most times I have to update my credit card information.. really really bad.... Hope we have more choices to select thewater service.. Like to give 0 star or even negative.. we should have a choice to give negative but unfortunately google doesn't give the choice.
