I live here and the owner/managers are always finding ways to hike up the rent!! Manager doesn't do anything but collect the money and complain about Mexicans/ Hispanics! ☠️BEWARE DONT LIVE HERE!!
Management there is horrible. James and Jan don’t do their job. They never come out they live a luxurious rent free life. They don’t do nothing about the vagrants and the homeless people living in tents in peoples backyards they act rude stuck up high and mighty if they don’t like it move on let someone else who can correctly run the dam place and clean it up
They're cleaning it up and putting in new homes but they need to enforce the rules and more and make people keep their yard spotless some spaces are very unsanitary that have excessive clutter
