My wife and I don't recommend this community. We recently purchased a home with Taylor Morrison and the sales experience was fantastic and we were very optimistic, and once we moved in, the issues and terrible customer service happened. 85 work orders later and a carousel of customer service reps quitting Taylor Morrison (we've had 6 people assigned to us this year) has meant constant frustration and we've had to move out for 3 weeks so far. We wish we went with a different builder or a pre-existing home and you will too.
