I think it's a beautiful neighborhood and many parks to play for the kids. Big events at Alamar park. A beautiful pond where you can fish! And about the gunshots I have heard some but definitely not as much as what other people are saying. I hear it rarely and I'm a night owl 🦉 depending on the builder the homes are very nice. I'm glad I looked around. I would say it's a great growing community. I feel safe here.
Nice and quiet community with really friendly neighbors. The only downside is that some of the houses are a bit close together.
