It has been a blessing to work with the Executive Director, Christian Smith, along with the nurses and other staff. My family member needed a Medicaid bed and fortunately Alamance house had one! I visit very frequently and i observe the attitude, concern, friendliness and attention to detail from the staff. Their patience and care is truly remarkable. After visiting a friend several times there in the memory unit, I pray I never end up there. Understaffed, most patients fend for themselves. Hygiene is non existent.

My mom has been living in memory care for 8 months now. The staff at Alamance House helped with the transition, and they are doing an excellent job taking care of my sweet mother. She gets hot and nutritious meals, activities to do, and my mom has made friends with several residents and caregivers. I also get updates on her doctor check-ups and her overall health.
