I’m confounded as to the level of star rating for this place. I’ll keep this factual and wo feelings. I know my experience was not isolated, as the other drivers I spoke with had similar/worse experiences here. I checked in 2:30p for 4p appt. Was told I was way too early n they’d call when I had a door. At 4:45p I went back to office to get an update. They seemed confused and inept. Told me a door. Drove there. Door was occupied. I've been here a bunch of times. Very nice people and easy to check in. Quick loading and unloading. Plenty of room to maneuver. No issues with the load itself ever. Definitely do not mind coming here
Was a few hours early and was given a door right away. Was loaded in no time and had paper work in hand in no time at all. Easy check in, easy docks and best of all nice friendly professional staf. Good work team!
Got here night before. They canceled load with zero justification 4 hours prior to loading. In a Friday afternoon. Trash behavior.
