Anytime I come to the Ear Nose & Throat in Burlington it is a welcoming experience. They are very personable. They are one on one with a concern about you and what you’re going through. The whole team is fantastic and I appreciate everything they do.
Love Dr Pelky. She is super patient and will do anything to help get you the right hearing aids and understand them. Robin at the front desk is always so welcoming and friendly!! I drive from Greensboro and won't transfer because of these two!!
The facility and staff are wonderful but my issue is the Physician on call for emergencies…wow terrible experience. My 6 year old son had tubes put in his ears due to reoccurring ear infections and well it’s been a year and they are falling out, one already has but recently his other tube is stuck in his ear canal causing great pain, hearing loss, fever and ear ache.
