Dr. Vaught was amazing! Very patient centered and provides great education.
The first thing out of his mouth was tinnitus cannot be treated. So, why they even bother to list it on the website as one of problems they service? Then, he wanted me to do more tests to my meniere disease (MD) dx that runs in my family. He even made a couple of erroneous medical opinions about MD and said he could not help me. Dr. Vaught and his nurse Sandy carefully listen to you, take time to find the root cause of your health issues. They have provided excellent care, they go above and beyond. Very pleasant, knowledgeable and professional! Ronda at the checkout desk was super helpful and pleasant getting me scheduled and provided helpful information.
Checkout was by a wonderful, helpful lady named Rhonda. Very professional.
Shame on me for taking so long, but I saw Liz the PA a couple months ago when I had a foreign body lodged in my ear canal. I was seen in a clinic and referred to an Urgent Care were they tortured me and was referred to the Emergency Department. I was too scared to go anywhere other than an ENT after that experience. Liz was patient, kind, and truthful when she told me it would still be painful.. but it was over in a single second. I have never been so happy. I speak of her praises often.
