I LOVE Alamance ENT. My first visit was in 2008, this is when I met Jodi Hogan. There can't be a better professional than Jodi, she has carried me through my Menears disease, keeping my hearing aids just what I needed at the time. Jodi has been an inspiration to me when I was loosing my hearing, always making sure I was taken care of. The rest of the staff is also incredible but Jodi is my favorite. Thanks for everything! Saw Dr Vaught for surgery on vocal cord and continued issues with a sinus infection.He did a culture and immediately found out what bacteria it was and then treated me with much improvement. Dr Vaught continues to treat me for on going problems. He has not given up, and he treats each visit as another chance to find out what is going on. He has never made me feel like he was in a hurry and always spends enough time with me to make sure I understand what is happening. All the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Highly don't recommend won't see me anymore just because I missed appointments which I couldn't help and did let them know that I wasn't able to make it and was also supposed to have my tonsils removed was not ready to do it due my diabetes should understand think it's dumb that can't be seen anymore just due to that which was when I was younger. Very rude people too. Epically the man.
I can’t say enough good things about Alamance ENT in Mebane! I am a new customer to this practice, and I have rarely been so impressed with a medical office. When you first walk in, you’ll see it’s clean, welcoming, and modern. The ladies at check in and check out were SO FRIENDLY and professional (I wish I remembered their names).
