John Ballance is my Audiologist.. I went to him because I was having trouble understanding what people were saying. John was very patient and performed an extensive hearing test. He explained, in detail, my test results and his proposed solution. John fitted me with hearing aids which immediately changed my world. I could hear again! I highly recommend John Ballance to anyone with hearing problems. He’s the BEST!!!!
Went there for tinitius and nose problem. They gave me a hearing test and told me I have tinitius and some nose spray which didn't help.

My Uncle has total hearing loss in one ear and requires a hearing aid in the other. When he received his hearing aid Ezra activated it for him. She made sure it was comfortable and tuned just for him. She has a wonderful personality and displayed a lot of knowledge in the process. She wears hearing aids and that works to connect with her patients. It was a great positive experience and my Uncle is looking forward to the next visit. Highly recommend!
Went in for an appointment. Was talked to about the test and was really easy to talk with Ms Flores. She helped me understand how to work my hearing aids. She was very nice.
