My Uncle has total hearing loss in one ear and requires a hearing aid in the other. When he received his hearing aid Ezra activated it for him. She made sure it was comfortable and tuned just for him. She has a wonderful personality and displayed a lot of knowledge in the process. She wears hearing aids and that works to connect with her patients. It was a great positive experience and my Uncle is looking forward to the next visit. Highly recommend!
Went in for an appointment. Was talked to about the test and was really easy to talk with Ms Flores. She helped me understand how to work my hearing aids. She was very nice.

I thoroughly enjoy being a patient with Alamance Audiology! I have been going there since the end of 2020 and can’t say enough good things. They have helped me immensely with my hearing aid journey. .Sherry Pelletier is the greatest! I've been going here and getting hearing aids from them for 20 years. They are all great but Sherry is beyond amazing! She doesn't try to sell you things you don't need, she truly tells you what is best for you. Can't say enough great things about her!
