My mom (a nurse practitioner) got her first COVID vaccine this morning at the CTEC. We want to thank the firefighters, volunteers, and National Guard (to name a few!) who are spending their days helping fight this disease. The process was efficient and easy and everyone we spoke to was positive, upbeat, and helpful. This is our tax dollars hard at work spent right! Thank you!! You all are heroes!! 💓

The nursing staff was friendly, compassionate, methodical, and very organized when I took my 84 year old mother for her COV 19 vaccination appointment this morning. It took less than one hour. Positive experience.

I am so grateful for the Alamance County health department and their COVID 19 vaccine response. The call , registration, and drive thru set up was highly efficient and convenient. My parents were not able to wait in long lines or stand for long periods of time. I am overwhelmed with how wonderfully AC handled this. As my mother says, This was an answer to a prayer. Thank you to all who are helping.

I just got my first dose of Covid vaccine in the Burlington CTEC and was absolutely amazed, impressed and awed by how well the whole setup was starting with the phone call to the department yesterday. Had to try a couple of times, but got in queue for an hour, appointment today, in, out, dose #2 set up and everyone was so nice and professional, even the “kids” directing traffic and parking. Wow, you guys showed how it should be done and should be proud of yourselves!!!!
