Brendon Mateo threatened me after he sent his Dad, David, to look a car they were selling. His Dad wasted my time and talked to me about values and economics when I told him I didn't want to finance and wanted to pay cash for a negotiated price. He was nice until I brought it up with him, and then threatened me and tried flexing. Pathetic. Don't buy anything here.
I purchased a Ford Escape here on March 21, 2026. The owner is exceptional—very helpful and truly goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. As a single mother of two, I’ve found that many dealerships can be unhelpful or take advantage of customers, especially when issues arise. However, my experience here was completely different—he truly went above and beyond to provide support and ensure everything was handled properly. I highly recommend purchasing from Alamance Auto Center.
