This place is a joke. I arrived on time and sat for 45 minutes. The nurse takes me back and informs me the Doctors is not even there. Appointment was at 8:30 am. 9:10 I left. Receptionist informs my wife I have no patience and the doctor only lives 10 minutes away. Hello? I had a appointment at 8:30 and this clown isn't even there yet? What a joke. I'll take my business to a professional. Your not worthy of my money! Don't go there people!
I sat for over 2 hours waiting for service.Doctor looked ready to fall asleep as I described how I felt.Did not follow up with adequate explanations of the tests I had.I am used to the professionalism of Dr.Bittar.Gave me incorrect address for a medical procedure.Did not follow up with a promised consult before my appointment. I am sure there are doctors put there who are engaged.I did not sit for over 2 hours to get this substandard level of health care.
Dr Alum and his staff are amazing! Dr Alum is through and takes his time to explain conditions in a way to easily understand.
Some years back I saw Dr. Alam in hopes that he would treat some serious pituitary problems that were causing me alot of grief, and hurting my ability to function properly both mentally and physically. Well he actaully diagnosed me with a growth hormone defiency, but refused to do anything about it, or treat it like he could. Personally I felt this was just out of a personal dislike for me.
