They don't honor their warranty and make false claims. They claimed my roof was sinking when it was not. They did a repair that broke after two weeks and refused to even come and look it it. I had to get another contractor to redo all their work.
Great finish on my new 12 x 20 extension. Permits were my main concern but Mr. Alam was able to pull my permits immediately for all plumbing, electrical, horizontal and vertical. Man, I can go on forever about the whole process. Somehow it was a breeze and I’m glad with the end results, I had so many questions due to it being my first time experiencing dealing with DOB’s rules and regulations but this was definitely a learning curve. Mohammad and team did some work for me insulating and sealing up drywall in my living room that was needed after some rain storm damage. The end result looks great, in fact better than before the wall was opened. Great communication and a fair price. I would definitely recommend and am looking forward to using AGC on some kitchen work too
I had two apartments painted and major repairs done by AGC Inc. Being a landlord living across country, I needed a professional, trustworthy and responsive company to work with. Moe (the owner), understood what I needed and provided excellent service at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend this company.
Moe was the best man for my kitchen and bathroom renovation. We had multiple contractors who gave us different ideas on how to proceed with the job but Moe was able to give us a clear understanding on how to save money along with getting high quality products such as the granite countertops and bathroom tiles for a good price. All in all I love how the end result looks. Thank you again and yes I would recommend Alam General Contracting to my friends and family without a doubt.
