Alair Homes is a great company to work with. They pay our invoices in 2-4 weeks and we like their fast and effective communication. They build some really unique custom homes, and do some really cool renovations. Easy to work with, friendly and a great company to work with
Very good work, and excellent project management. The communication was excellent with my project manager Sean - he was responsive on emails, texts, and there was a site I could log into to view budget, timeline, and latest photos. Would highly recommend!
The Alair team was awesome to work with. Roger was our project manager for our house build. He is honest, upfront, timely but most importantly realistic. He was able to build out dream house on budget right through the pandemic when lumber prices were going through the roof. I would highly recommend him and all of the Alair team.
