We recently build a custom waterfront home with Alair and it was a 5 star experience! Alair uses a online building platform that is a great tool - it keeps you up to date on budget - timelines - issues and builder and more importantly owner responsibilities. Our program manager - Elliott Sheaves - was professional - responsive - accountable - as were all of the Alair team!
