Alair Homes High Country made our dream home come true! I know that sounds cliché, but from the beginning of the process to the end the entire team understood our vision. It was truly a team endeavor, with open communication and mutual respect. We worked very closely with Sam, Roger, and others to create a house that we will call home. We would, without hesitation recommend Jeff Smith and his team of professionals.
We decided to build a home in Vilas and use Alair High Country as the builder. We could not have been more happy with Jeff, Tray, Sam and Roger! From the initial purchase of the property, Jeff was the only builder that took the time to visit the site and give us his thoughts. During planning and construction the level of transparency as to costs, ways to save additional money, what was going well and what wasn't, was amazing. My wife and I Just moved into our home, built by Alair. I can’t say enough positive things about our experience. Jeff got everything set up very nicely, really made us feel heard, and was great to work with. Our project manager Sam has been outstanding. He was very thorough, communicated well, and was very conscientious about building our dream home. The follow up after the home iwas completed has been excellent. I highly recommend Alair.
