We had a very good experience with Alair. The company worked with us every step of the way, from finding a house plan online to final conception and then building. They were very friendly and helpful and always took our questions. We met in person several times at their office, and they always had time for us. The owner came to us a few times to check if we were happy with the work. Two years later, we still love our house.
Alair Homes Hickory did a great job building my residence. All the personnel were extremely helpful from the first meeting (online with Cody since I was living out of state at the time) through the final walk through (again with Cody). The budget software kept me apprised at all times of all costs and I was alerted of and had to approve any incorrect estimates before any changes were implemented (e.g., the cost of the well pump and having to increase the foundation’s height).
